$32.5 Million Settlement Reached Against a Pennsylvania Hospital in Birth Injury Case

A major settlement against Reading Hospital, involving millions of dollars, has been reached.

Following jury selection last week and opening statements made Monday morning, law firm Ross Feller Casey LLP was able to obtain a $32.5 million settlement for the family of the victim.

The tragic injury case involves a now 5-year-old boy who suffered a brain injury at birth that attorneys say was caused by a lack of oxygen.
