Civil Plaintiff
86-Year-Old Injured in Car Accident is Awarded $200,000

John K. Rinehardt, of Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, represented an 86-year-old who was rear-ended and sustained soft tissue injury to his sacroiliac joint. The claim was against his underinsured motorist carrier, who had offered $35,000 (on top of the $25k paid by the at-fault insurance). The jury came back with its verdict after only 25 minutes of deliberation. The jury awarded Mr. Rinehardt’s client $200,000 for non-economic damages only.
