A Woman Who Was Injured in a High Speed Rear-End Collision Wins $1.3 Million

Plaintiff was injured in a high speed rear-end car collision. She suffered a re-injury and exacerbation of knee issues causing surgical intervention to be necessary. Plaintiff also suffered neck and lower back injuries requiring treatment.
