America Wellness Group Acquires New Hampshire Medical Supply With Plans to Build National Platform

America Wellness Group (AWG) has acquired New Hampshire Medical Supply (NHMS), a Washington, D.C.-based independent home medical equipment (HME) provider, with plans to build a national platform.

“This is our first acquisition in the HME segment, and it was deliberately chosen to be the first of many,” said Marcio Lima, CEO of AWG. “We’re building a national home medical equipment platform, one exceptional local operator at a time.”
