LaPlaca Insurance Acquired by Relation Insurance

Relation Insurance Services has acquired the assets of LaPlaca Insurance, a family-founded agency in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. The deal deepens Relation’s reach into the greater Philadelphia market and neighboring New York and New Jersey.

The deal was announced on September 25 and took effect on June 30, 2026. Terms were not disclosed.
