DOJ Secures $6.5M Historic Redlining Settlement with Citadel Federal Credit Union

The United States Department of Justice announced today that Citadel Federal Credit Union (Citadel) has agreed to resolve allegations that it engaged in a pattern and practice of lending discrimination by “redlining” predominantly Black and Hispanic neighborhoods in and around Philadelphia.
