Defendant Found Not Guilty of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle after Police Fail to Record Alleged Evidence

David Drwencke, of DRD Law, LLC, defended someone charged with possession of a stolen vehicle which was a felony charge. There was allegedly police eyewitness and post-Miranda statements. However, no portion of investigation or statement were recorded. Jury verdict for the defense, the defendant was found not-guilty after a three-day trial.
