Employees Accused of Video Voyeurism by Employer Found Not Guilty
Ian Goldstein, of Law Offices of Ian Goldstein, P.A., represented two employees that were accused of video voyeurism related to a home surveillance system installed as part of their employment. Owner accused both employees of accessing the surveillance system without authorization in order to view video in sensitive areas within the home. The jury found both men not guilty after a 4-day jury trial.
