The Abuse of Three Siblings While in State of Washington Foster Care Results in $9,350,000 Settlement

Three young children, ages 3-5, were removed by the State of Washington from their biological mother and were placed in foster care where they were sexually abused by a foster sibling. The foster sibling confessed to sexually abusing the plaintiffs and was criminally convicted for the acts.

Patrick Antonio Brown, of Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala, represented the family of the victims in this case that resulted in a $9,350,000 settlement.
