Family Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against SpaceXAI After Employee Falls From Mezzanine

The family of an employee who reportedly died after falling from a mezzanine at SpaceXAI’s Whitehaven facility has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company.

A wrongful death lawsuit was filed in Shelby County Circuit Court on August 11, 2026. The case was filed in federal court on Friday, September 11.
