Former Norwich University Employee Sues University Over Alleged Sexual Harassment and Retaliation by Colleagues

A former Norwich University employee has filed a lawsuit after she says her colleagues at Norwich assaulted, harassed, and retaliated against her. The case raises questions about how workplaces handle employee conduct outside the office and what protections are in place for employees when the people accused of bad behavior are in senior management.

“I can say that the environment I observed was one in which speaking up could feel professionally risky,” said the former Norwich employee who filed the lawsuit and asked not to be identified.
