Knoxville Restaurateur Mike Chase Sued by Former Employee for Alleged Harassment and Racial Remarks

Knoxville restaurateur Mike Chase has been sued in federal court by a former longtime employee who accuses him of harassment and making racist remarks.

The Copper Cellar Corporation president and owner was named in the civil lawsuit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee by Tammy D. Waller, seeking millions of dollars in damages.
