Kramer Trial Lawyers Secures $3.77 Million Jury Verdict in Orange High School Trip-and-Fall Case

Kramer Trial Lawyers, APC secured a $3,773,873 jury verdict on behalf of Nora Garcia in a personal injury case against PCL Construction Services, Inc. arising from a trip-and-fall at Orange High School in Orange, California. Garcia sustained fractures to her left elbow and right kneecap after tripping over a concrete lip outside a newly constructed building. The plaintiff contended that PCL, the project’s general contractor, knew about the hazardous concrete lip and failed to remediate it before the incident.
