Muncie Woman Arrested for Biting Husband and Choking Dog

A Muncie woman has been accused of biting her husband and choking their dog into unconsciousness.

Sophia Altred Hopkins, 41, was charged last week in Delaware Circuit Court 5 with domestic battery, a Level 6 felony carrying up to 30 months in prison, and cruelty to an animal, a misdemeanor.
