Scranton Man Sentenced for Fatal Drug Distribution

A Scranton man will spend more than two decades behind bars for his role in distributing fentanyl that resulted in a man’s death.

U.S. District Judge Robert D. Mariani sentenced Christopher Richard Potter, 29, to 21 years in prison late last week for conspiring to distribute fentanyl resulting in death, the United States attorney’s office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Monday.
