Pair of Former Golden State Warrior Employees File Lawsuit Alleging Gender, Age and Racial Discrimination

A pair of former Golden State Warriors employees filed a lawsuit against the organization after losing their jobs.

The two women filed the lawsuit in San Francisco County Superior Court last week, according to The Athletic’s Devon Henderson, and are alleging gender, age and race-based discrimination, workplace harassment and retaliation. 

Lisa Shelley worked as the Warriors’ associate general counsel and their director of business and legal affairs and risk management.
