St. Louis-Based Chemical Manufacturer Olin Corp. to Merge With Huntsman and Move Headquarters to Texas

The Olin Corporation, a St. Louis-based chemical manufacturer and former Fortune 500 company, is expected to merge with the Huntsman Corporation in an all-stock deal that would create a new company headquartered in Texas.

The Huntsman Corporation announced preliminary merger plans Tuesday morning though which Olin would join forces and the combined organization would be renamed as the OlinHuntsman Corporation, or “OlinHuntsman”
