4 Engineering Firms Have Agreed to Pay $26.5 Million on a U.S. Class Action Lawsuit

Four engineering firms have agreed to pay a combined $26.5 million to resolve a U.S. class action accusing them and RTX (RTX.N), unit Pratt & Whitney of artificially suppressing wages for tens of thousands of current and former aerospace workers.

Plaintiffs’ lawyers at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and DiCello Levitt revealed the terms of the proposed deals in a filing, in federal court in Connecticut on Friday.
