Texas Attorney Gets Client’s Case Dismissed

Attorney Lori J. Kasper of Lori Kaspar Law, PC, challenged the State’s indictment against her client for manufacturing and delivering of a controlled substance. The punishment range for this offense was 5 – 99 years. After Ms. Kaspar’s challenge, the State dismissed the case as part of a plea bargain.
