Victim of Auto-Accident Caused by Self Driving Tesla Settles for $2 Million
Plaintiff was driving on the freeway when a Tesla believed to be in “self driving mode” approached, lost control, collided with plaintiff and pushed him into the median barrier. Plaintiff sustained significant spinal injuries requiring fusion surgery. Plaintiff was a construction worker and was not able to return to his prior job.
