Victim of Medical Malpractice is Awarded $1.6 Million

Andrew A. Jones, of Sawicki Law, represented Carola Ainsworth after Dr. Scott Kasden punctured her subclavian vein during a routine capsulectomy surgery. Ms. Ainsworth lost 75% of her blood and nearly died. Her breast later became infected, and she underwent over 30 debridements. She remains disfigured and suffers from continued PTSD.
