$4.5 Million Settlement Reached After Doctors and Hospital Fail to Diagnose a Patient with a Congenital Issue

Matthew Nezhad, of Oaks Law Firm, represented a patient that was not properly diagnosed by their doctor and hospital about a congenital issue. The medical professions and institution also did not provide proper information or seek consent from the plaintiff. This resulted in a $4.5 Million settlement.
