Former Arby’s Manager Accused of “Intentionally and Deliberately” Spitting on Food and Infecting Customer with Herpes

An Oklahoma woman is suing a former Arby’s manager, alleging the employee knew she had oral herpes and “intentionally” spit in her food. 

In a civil complaint, Jennica Church accuses Amanda Hendricks, the former Arby’s manager who was in charge at the time, of spitting in her food. Church said the incident happened in late March, when she went through a drive-thru at the Arby’s in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, after work to get a meal for herself and her family.
