Victim of Motor Vehicle Accident Settles for $2 Million After Attorney Proves Highway Patrolman’s Fault

Jeffrey D. Morris, of Morris Law, LLC, secured a significant settlement for his client after they were run over while crossing Highway 501 near Conway, South Carolina. The responding Highway Patrolman placed the victim at fault for the accident. Mr. Morris was able to prove differently through experts and the laws of South Carolina.

The victim settled for $2 million.
