A Texas County Accepts a $12 Million Johnson & Johnson Opioid Settlement
Bexar County will receive a $12 million settlement from big pharma, and the county judge says there is more to come. Here’s what you need to know.
Commissioners Court accepted the settlement during its meeting Tuesday morning. County Judge Nelson Wolff later said during the COVID-19 briefing that the money must be used for recovery and opioid remediation programs.
