GameChange Energy Subsidiary, GameChange Solar Corp., Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Nextpower

GameChange Energy, a global provider of renewable energy infrastructure solutions, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, GameChange Solar Corp., has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nextpower in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. The GameChange lawsuit charges Nextpower with infringing on a patent related to GameChange’s proprietary high-tilt stow technology used in its single-axis tracker system.
