Judge Grants $11 Million Settlement to the Family of an Oklahoma Man Killed in 2019 Car Crash

The family of a man who died in a Seminole County crash in 2019 believes it’s one step closer to justice after a judge awarded an $11 million settlement.

Four years ago, police told KOCO 5 that Natasha Long was driving more than 100 mph when she lost control and her vehicle and crashed, killing Trayvon Miller. The attorney for Miller’s family argued Long’s decisions ended his life.

“She got into the driver’s seat high, drag racing in speeds of 100 mph and running a red light. That was absolutely gross negligence,” Alan Taylor, a partner with Palmer Law PLC, said.
