NBT Bank Completes $236 Million Merger with Evans Bank

NBT Bancorp Inc. has completed the $236 million merger of Evans Bancorp Inc.  

The merger – which was finalized May 2, followed by a core systems conversion over the weekend – extended NBT’s branch network into the Western Region of New York with the addition of four locations in the Rochester region and 14 banking offices in the Buffalo area.  

NBT Bank now has 175 branches across its seven-state footprint.
