New York-Based Provider of Building Materials, CRH, Completes $8.5B Arcosa Acquisition

CRH, a New York-based provider of building materials, has completed its acquisition of Arcosa Inc., a Dallas-based provider of infrastructure-related materials, products and solutions.

In June, CRH announced it had reached an agreement to acquire Arcosa for a total enterprise value of approximately $8.5 billion.

CRH says the completed acquisition is highly complementary to the company, advancing its aggregates-led, connected portfolio strategy.
