The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Sues Podcast “Mormon Stories” Over Alleged Trademark and Copyright Infringement

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints filed a lawsuit against the “Mormon Stories” podcast over alleged trademark and copyright infringement.

The lawsuit states that John Dehlin with Mormon Stories was “well aware” that the public associates the term “Mormon” with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which has used “Mormon” since its founding nearly 200 years ago.
