Fire Chief Files Age Discrimination Lawsuit Against City of Fulton, Missouri

Former Fulton Assistant Fire Chief Todd Gray is filing a lawsuit against the city for alleged age discrimination. 

The lawsuit alleges the city of Fulton violated the Missouri Human Rights Act and the Missouri State Employee Whistleblower Statute when terminating Gray, 53, in April 2025. Gray’s employment was terminated two years before he would have been eligible for full retirement benefits.
