A Male Security Guard Sues PayPal After Allegedly Being Sexually Harassed by a Female Employee

Asecurity guard for PayPal is suing the company after allegedly being sexually harassed by a female employee and fired after reporting the incident, according to a lawsuit filed in Mississippi federal court on Monday.

Russell Carr, 57, began working as an armed security guard for security firm Allied Universal in August 2022 and was assigned to work at PayPal in Mississippi.

He allegedly received nude and clothed photos from PayPal production assistant Brittany Washington in March 2023, with the text “this is what you’ll be missing,” after exchanging phone numbers. Despite repeatedly telling Washington that he had a long-term girlfriend and asking her to leave him alone because “she had been with many other men at work,” Washington allegedly persisted.
