Ohio AG Sues a Masonry Contractor Accused of ‘Pocketing Customer Payments’

The Ohio attorney general said Thursday he has filed a lawsuit against a Cleveland contractor accused of “pocketing customer payments.”

According to a news release, Joseph Vega did business under multiple company names, including, CLE Masonry, Ohio City Masonry and Ohio City Contractors.

Attorney General Dave Yost said Vega would demand additional money after selling masonry services, accepting deposits and starting work.
