Adeia Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against FuboTV

Adeia Inc. (Nasdaq: ADEA), the technology company whose innovations power next-generation media and semiconductor experiences, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against FuboTV Inc. (NYSE: FUBO) and certain of its subsidiaries in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

“We are committed to reaching a fair and mutually beneficial agreement through constructive engagement and good-faith negotiations,” said Paul E. Davis, chief executive officer of Adeia.
