Discrimination and Harassment Lawsuit Against Lizzo and Her Production Company Tossed Out by LA Judge

A lawsuit in which a former wardrobe assistant sued singer-rapper Lizzo and her production company for alleged harassment and discrimination has been tossed by a federal judge in Los Angeles, according to court papers.

U.S. District Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha dismissed designer Asha Daniels’ remaining claims on Tuesday.

Daniels, who designed pieces for Lizzo’s dancers during the singer’s 2023 tour, filed suit in September 2023 against Lizzo, Big Grrrl Touring and others who worked on the Special Tour.
