Lawsuits Filed Against Taco Bell and Taylor Farms Amid Cyclosporiasis Outbreak

Several lawsuits have been filed following a cyclosporiasis outbreak, with Ohio and Michigan residents taking legal action against Taco Bell and its suppliers.

An Ohio man filed the first lawsuit against Pacific Bells, one of the largest Taco Bell franchises in the country. Another lawsuit was filed by an Ohio woman, naming Taco Bell America and its suppliers, Taylor Farms California and Taylor Fresh Foods, as defendants.
